1. Service Description & Eligibility

Sunny Microschools operates a platform that connects prospective microschool guides (educators) with parents in the United States. You must be a U.S. resident, at least 18 years old, and the authorized user of any phone number you provide.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials; you are responsible for activity under your account.

• Use the Service lawfully; refrain from spam, harassment, or misuse of others’ data.

3. Consent to Communications

By providing your e‑mail or phone number, you consent to receive communications—including automated texts and pre‑recorded calls—related to our Service. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See Section 5 for SMS specifics and our Privacy Policy for data handling details.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You will not: (a) interfere with the Service; (b) attempt unauthorized access; (c) post unlawful or harmful content; (d) reverse‑engineer our software; or (e) use another person’s personal data without proper consent.

5. Mobile Messaging (SMS/Text & Voice) Terms

Program Name: Sunny Microschools Alerts
Program Description: Informational and occasional promotional texts or calls about (i) microschool programs/events, (ii) introductions between parents and guides, and (iii) reminders you request.

1. Opt‑In & Confirmation – When you opt in (e.g., by checking the SMS consent box or texting a keyword), we send a confirmation message.

2. Opt‑Out (STOP) – Text STOP to cancel. We will send one final confirmation, then no further texts unless you opt in again.

3. Help (HELP) – Text HELP for instructions or contact info, or e‑mail support@sunnymicroschools.com or call 1‑800‑SUNNY.

4. Message Frequency – 4–6 messages per month on average, though frequency may increase with user interaction.

5. Message & Data Rates – Standard carrier rates apply. Contact your wireless provider for details.

6. Supported Carriers & Liability – Major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T‑Mobile/MetroPCS, etc.) and many regional carriers participate. Carrier participation may change. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Eligibility – U.S. residents, 18+ years old, authorized users of the mobile number provided.

8. No Purchase Required – Opt‑in to SMS is not required for purchases.

9. Privacy – See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or transfer your phone number or consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Sunny Microschools or its licensors. You may use it only for personal, non‑commercial purposes. Unauthorized use may violate U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunny Microschools shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunny Microschools and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may discontinue use at any time. Relevant provisions survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms; material changes will be posted and, where appropriate, sent via e‑mail or SMS. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours in a merger or sale.
